Sr.Susan's love for God goes into action in her benevolence towards the poor inmates of the Ashram and also to the poor and needy from far and near.

Every day many people come to her for redressel of their grievances, Sr,Susan helps many widows for the wedding of their daughters . Many youngsters who don't have a job are also helped by benevolent Sr.Susan to live their lives. Every year monsoon rain leave numerous poor people homeless due to torrential rain & heavy storm, followed by sweeping flood in the coastal low – lying areas of Kerala. Many of them approach the merciful mother-Sr.Susan to build new homes for them.

During domestic and national festivals & festivities, people from far and near approach her for the smooth running of their religious social and cultural programmers
